A hearty potato stuffing with celery, onion, and bread, baked to perfection. Comforting and flavorful, ideal for family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Instructions
- Peel and cook potatoes in water with 1 teaspoon of salt to cover them.
- Cut celery and onion into small pieces.
- Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
- When potatoes are done, pour potato water over the cubed bread.
- Mash the potatoes; add a little milk to make them smoother.
- Combine the mashed potatoes, cooked onion, celery, and beaten eggs with the bread.
- Mix well together.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter.
- Put the filling into the casserole and place pieces of butter on top.
- Add a pinch of thyme or marjoram to the filling (optional).
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
