Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 (6-inch) tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green chili peppers (canned)
  • 1/3 c. sour cream or Imo

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onions tender. Drain off fat.
  2. Stir in salt.
  3. Divide meat onto tortillas.
  4. Top each with 1/4 cup of taco sauce and 1 tablespoon cheese.
  5. Roll up. Place, seam side down, in baking pan or dish.
