- Brown the hamburger; add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and evaporated milk.
- Heat the mixture until it thickens.
- Line a 9 x 12-inch baking pan with tortillas and pour in half of the meat mixture.
- Add another layer of tortillas on top of the meat mixture.
- Pour the remaining meat mixture over the tortillas.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
