Instructions
- Melt margarine in pan; add flour to make paste.
- Add chicken broth to make heavy sauce.
- When thick, add green chilies and sour cream.
- Saute tortillas in skillet.
- Fill tortillas with chopped onions and cheese.
- Place in pan and pour sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese.
- May add chicken to filling for tortillas.
- Place in a 425° oven for 20 minutes.
