Enchiladas Ole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • oil
  • enchilada sauce
  • 1 small can ripe olives
  • tortillas
  • 1 cube cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onion; add tomato sauce and set aside. Have ready skillet with hot oil, pan of heated enchilada sauce, baking dish (13 x 9 x 3-inches), grated cheese, chopped ripe olives, 1/2 of the onions and hamburger mixture.
  2. Dip tortilla in deep hot oil, then dip in sauce.
  3. Put hamburger, cheese and olive on tortilla, roll up and put in baking dish.
  4. Continue until all are done.
  5. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake until cheese has melted.
