- Brown hamburger and onion; add tomato sauce and set aside. Have ready skillet with hot oil, pan of heated enchilada sauce, baking dish (13 x 9 x 3-inches), grated cheese, chopped ripe olives, 1/2 of the onions and hamburger mixture.
- Dip tortilla in deep hot oil, then dip in sauce.
- Put hamburger, cheese and olive on tortilla, roll up and put in baking dish.
- Continue until all are done.
- Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake until cheese has melted.
