Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean pork
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pie crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare pie dough with two crusts.
  2. Cube the fresh pork.
  3. Roll the pork in flour and place into the bottom crust in a pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of flour, nutmeg, and salt over the pork.
  5. Cover with water, then place the top crust and crimp the edges.
  6. Put the pie in a preheated oven.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
