Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, oil & milk in medium to large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just blended- Don't over-mix.
  3. Coat frying pan with cooking spray or shortening.
  4. Fry on hot pan.
