Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • garlic powder
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Put ground meat into a large bowl.
  2. Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, egg, chopped onion, and warm water.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Mold the mixture into 8 to 10 patties.
  5. Broil the patties until cooked through.
