Sweet and chewy fruit balls packed with chopped nuts, cherries, raisins, and coconut, perfect for snacking, parties, or holiday treats, appealing to those who enjoy fruity confections.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 lb. chopped candied cherries
  • 3 1/3 oz. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 lb. raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar and form into balls.
  2. If the balls don't hold together, mix in a little powdered sugar.
  3. Roll the balls in powdered sugar.
  4. Refrigerate the fruit balls.
  5. These improve with age.
