- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture.
- Once a day for three days, remove from refrigerator and mix well each time.
- Keep hands wet to prevent sticking.
- On the fourth day, mix the meat and divide into five rolls about the size of a half dollar.
- Lay the rolls on a broiler pan.
- Bake at 175°F for 5 hours.
