Ingredients

  • 5 lb hamburger
  • 5 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture.
  3. Once a day for three days, remove from refrigerator and mix well each time.
  4. Keep hands wet to prevent sticking.
  5. On the fourth day, mix the meat and divide into five rolls about the size of a half dollar.
  6. Lay the rolls on a broiler pan.
  7. Bake at 175°F for 5 hours.
