Ingredients

  • 1 lb cured ham, ground
  • 1/2 lb cooked pork, ground
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground cured ham and cooked pork together well.
  2. Add the egg, milk, dry mustard, pepper, and crushed corn flakes to the meat mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into a roll and wrap it in heavy foil.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
  5. Let the ham loaf stand for 10 minutes after baking.
  6. Unwrap, slice, and serve topped with additional sauce or sides as desired.
