Ingredients

  • 6 medium cucumbers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 6 teaspoons salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt over thinly sliced cucumbers and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
  3. Add dill seed, celery seed, and sliced onion and green pepper to the vinegar mixture.
