Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup fresh cauliflower
  • 1 large bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 small pear (optional)
  • pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Cut tomatoes, apple, cucumber, broccoli, and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop garlic.
  4. Place all the prepared ingredients into a covered bowl.
  5. Add Italian dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Optionally, add small pear and pecans before serving.
