Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 medium-size tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into a shallow dish.
  2. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, basil, crushed garlic, green onion, and parsley together.
  3. Pour the dressing over the sliced tomatoes.
