Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 stalks chopped celery

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, fry the steak and bacon until browned.
  2. Add chopped green pepper, shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, and chopped celery; cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cooked and drained wide noodles to the skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
