Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 bottles chili sauce
  • 1 small jar grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Mix together hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Bake the meatballs uncovered in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
  4. Remove meatballs from the pan and place them in a crock-pot.
  5. Cover the meatballs with chili sauce and grape jelly.
  6. Cook on low for 2 hours until heated through and coated in sauce.
