Fadge(Potato Bread)
Fadge is a hearty potato bread with a crusty exterior and soft interior, flavored with herbs and served hot, perfect for breakfast or a comforting snack.

Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain well and place potatoes in a bowl.
- Mash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Add beaten egg, butter, flour, and chopped herbs. Mix well.
- Add a few drops of milk if the mixture is too stiff.
- Shape the dough into a 1-inch thick round and slice into 8 pieces.
- Dip each piece in seasoned flour.
- Fry on a lightly greased griddle until crusty and golden on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Turn over and cook on the other side until golden.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with a pat of butter.
