Ingredients

  • 3 large Idaho potatoes
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Take three large Idaho potatoes and slice them lengthwise into thin pieces.
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water, then dry them with a paper towel.
  3. Beat two egg whites until they are frothy.
  4. Dip the potato slices to coat lightly with the frothy egg whites.
  5. Place the coated potato slices on a lightly oiled baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 40 minutes or until golden, crisp, and tender.
