Veggie Bars Appetizers
Colorful veggie bars with creamy cheese spread and fresh vegetables, perfect as a party appetizer or light snack, appealing to both kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
- 2 large cans crescent rolls ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped broccoli ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped cauliflower ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped red pepper ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped tomato ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped green onion ⓘ
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Press the crescent rolls into a 17 1/2 x 14-inch cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pressed crescent rolls.
- Sprinkle chopped broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, green pepper, tomato, and green onion over the spread mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
- Let sit overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
