Ingredients

  • 2 large cans crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Press the crescent rolls into a 17 1/2 x 14-inch cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the pressed crescent rolls.
  5. Sprinkle chopped broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, green pepper, tomato, and green onion over the spread mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
