Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and then add remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lightly floured and greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
  4. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
