Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, red cabbage, sliced red delicious apples, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar substitute.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage and apple mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Gently stir again just before serving.
