Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. apples
  • 1/2 lb. red grapes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the apples.
  2. Halve the red grapes.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sliced apples, salt, pepper, and dried tarragon if using.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until apples are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the halved grapes and warm for about 30 seconds.
  7. Stir in fresh tarragon and lemon juice.
  8. Serve immediately.
