Ingredients

  • 1 lb. kidney or pinto beans
  • 3 onions
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans until tender.
  2. Dice the onions and mince the garlic.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
