Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can regular corn
  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine creamed corn, regular corn, melted butter, cornbread mix, and cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and not cake-like.
