Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 7 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, warm water, eggs, sugar, salt, powdered milk, margarine, and flour until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes to rise.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 to 3/4 inch.
  4. Cut the dough with a tumbler or round cutter.
  5. Fold each piece in half and place in a greased pan.
  6. Let the rolls rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
