Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup canned peach slices, drained
  • 1 cup whole strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice cookie dough as directed on the package. Arrange slices in the bottom of a 15 x 10 x 1-inch ungreased baking pan.
  3. Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into the pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  8. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese layer.
  9. In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water; blend well.
  10. Spoon the marmalade mixture over the fruit.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
