Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup cream whipped or 1 envelope Dream Whip whipped
  • 1 small package raspberry jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 small package frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the confectioners sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream or Dream Whip until well combined.
  4. Dissolve the raspberry jello in hot water.
  5. Add the partially thawed frozen raspberries to the jello mixture.
  6. Layer the cream cheese mixture in the pie shell, then pour the raspberry jello mixture over it.
  7. Save a little of the cream cheese mixture for the top to create contrast.
  8. Chill the pie until set before serving.
