Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can condensed chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pimento
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, cook green pepper and onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in condensed chicken soup and milk, blending well.
  3. Add cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and diced pimento, stirring to combine.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
  5. Pour over split biscuits and serve.
