Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder or baking soda

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, and oil in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg yolks, water, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture and knead until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.
  5. Cut the dough into 3‑inch squares or circles.
  6. Cook by steaming, boiling, or frying as desired.
