Ingredients

  • 1 baked single pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill

Instructions

  1. Bake pie crust at 400° for 10 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Drain the salmon, saving the liquid, and spread the salmon on a plate to flake and remove bones.
  3. Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, old bay seasoning, sour cream, grated onion, dill, and mayonnaise to the eggs.
  5. Stir in the flaked salmon and 1/2 cup of the salmon liquid.
  6. Mix the ingredients well and pour the mixture into the baked pie crust.
  7. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm with a vegetable of your choice.
