Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups farfel
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons melted fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Scald the farfel with hot water.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the farfel.
  4. Add melted fat, salt, pepper, and eggs.
  5. Fold all ingredients together.
  6. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan preheated with 3 to 4 tablespoons of fat.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
