Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. white dry wine or Burgundy wine
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan or angel food pan with Pam.
  2. Mix together the yellow cake mix, vanilla instant pudding, eggs, cooking oil, wine, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes if using a loaf pan or 50 minutes if using an angel food pan, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool the cake before removing it from the pan.
