- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan or angel food pan with Pam.
- Mix together the yellow cake mix, vanilla instant pudding, eggs, cooking oil, wine, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes if using a loaf pan or 50 minutes if using an angel food pan, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake before removing it from the pan.
