Farfel Souffle

- In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter, and salt.
- Hold aside the peeled, cored, and sliced apples and raisins.
- Place farfel in a strainer and run cold water over it to rinse.
- Fold the farfel into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Grease a rectangular baking pan and spread one layer of farfel mixture on the bottom.
- Add one layer of apples and raisins on top of the farfel layer.
- Add the remaining farfel mixture on top, spreading evenly.
- Dot the top with small pieces of butter or margarine.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden and set.
