Ingredients

  • 3 cups homemade cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place into the top of a double boiler with 1 teaspoon of melted butter.
  3. Stir continuously as the mixture blends and melts together.
  4. Pour into a pie dish, cool, and slice.
  5. Serve on bread or crackers.
