Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain well.
  2. Place 4 lasagna noodles in the casserole dish.
  3. Layer ground beef, ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Add another layer of 4 lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, ground beef, sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve with French loaf bread.
