Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • tartar sauce
  • 1/2 c. French dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat margarine and oil in a large skillet over moderate heat.
  2. Dip fish fillets in French dressing and place in the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle chopped onion over the fish.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn the fish and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve the fish with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
