Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Combine the yellow cake mix and softened margarine in a bowl and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
  2. Arrange the drained sliced peaches over the crust.
  3. Mix the sour cream and egg yolks together until smooth.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the peaches.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
