Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Whip the milk and corn oil together with a fork until combined.
  3. Add the whipped mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom of a pan; use a 9-inch pan for thick crust or a 9 x 13-inch pan for thinner crust.
  5. Add one large can of fruit filling for the 9-inch pan or two large cans for the 9 x 13-inch pan.
