Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. 100 proof whiskey
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Separate egg whites from egg yellows.
  2. Beat egg yellows until thick and lemon-yellow.
  3. Add whiskey little by little while beating yellows.
  4. Set aside to season.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar little by little.
  6. Whip the cream until firm.
  7. Stir in the whites, then the yellows.
  8. Mix slowly but well.
  9. If desired, add a dash of ground cinnamon.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
