Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 4 tablespoons cooled oleo
  • 1 tablespoon meal

Instructions

  1. Mix well all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
  3. Bake at 350° F until set in the middle.
  4. Let cool and serve. The pie freezes well for weeks.
