Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. cooked white rice
  • 3/4 c. seedless green grapes
  • 3/4 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch bottled salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • season to taste
  • romaine leaves

Instructions

  1. Gently toss the cooked turkey, cooked rice, grapes, sliced celery, pineapple tidbits, and mandarin oranges together in a large bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and ranch dressing; mix until well combined.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Pour the salad mixture onto a bed of romaine leaves.
  5. Garnish with toasted slivered almonds.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
