Ingredients

  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 3 pt heavy cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil egg noodles until almost done in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Add butter or margarine and stir gently until melted.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir gently over very low heat.
  5. Add grated Romano and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted, adjusting cheese to taste.
