Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 4 yellow squash, sliced (do not peel)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, melt butter; add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
  2. Add sliced yellow squash and remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
