- Cut your bacon, onion and potatoes .
- Those take longer to cook so cook those first.
- Start cooking them .
- Preheat oven to 350 and get your tortillas ready.
- Scramble your eggs add salt pepper to your taste and wait for your bacon eggs and onions to cook.
- Once your potatoes, bacon and onions done add your eggs.
- And put your tortillas in oven.
- While your stirring through your eggs and mixing everything together.
- Bacon, eggs, onions, potatoes.
- Keep checking your tortillas .
- If it bubbles up flip them over add shredded cheese .
- Take them out put your filling inside tortillas and add a little shredded cheese.
- We usually add salsa but we're out so we're Goin to have to do without this time.
