Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 half an onion
  • 5 slice of bacon
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 shredded cheese
  • 7 tortillas
  • 1 pepper salt to taste
  • 1 salsa to taste or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut your bacon, onion and potatoes .
  2. Those take longer to cook so cook those first.
  3. Start cooking them .
  4. Preheat oven to 350 and get your tortillas ready.
  5. Scramble your eggs add salt pepper to your taste and wait for your bacon eggs and onions to cook.
  6. Once your potatoes, bacon and onions done add your eggs.
  7. And put your tortillas in oven.
  8. While your stirring through your eggs and mixing everything together.
  9. Bacon, eggs, onions, potatoes.
  10. Keep checking your tortillas .
  11. If it bubbles up flip them over add shredded cheese .
  12. Take them out put your filling inside tortillas and add a little shredded cheese.
  13. We usually add salsa but we're out so we're Goin to have to do without this time.
