Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb. bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger with diced onion and seeded, diced bell pepper in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add canned diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, Cheddar cheese soup, shredded cabbage, and one can of water to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
