Ingredients

  • 1 round pumpernickel bread
  • 8 oz shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 3 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 10 strips bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut the top off the round pumpernickel bread and scoop out the inside, creating a hollow bread bowl.
  2. Mix shredded Colby jack cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, cooked bacon, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and crushed pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the mixture inside the hollowed-out bread bowl.
  4. Place the top back on the bread bowl and cover it with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake or refrigerate as desired before serving.
