Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz.) package extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • small amount Tabasco
  • chopped nuts
  • pimento strips

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix at medium speed with a mixer until well blended.
  3. Add the deviled ham and grated onion; mix well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  5. Mold the chilled mixture into the shape of a football.
  6. Decorate the top with chopped nuts to resemble laces.
  7. Use pimento strips to create football laces.
  8. Serve with assorted crackers.
