Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillet (snapper, grouper or haddock)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillet in lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix melted butter, shrimp soup, and sour cream to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the marinated fish.
  4. Broil the fish for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven until it starts to bubble or turn brown.
