Ingredients

  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 oz. onion, sliced
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the sliced vegetables in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika, then place them on top of the vegetables.
  3. Cover the fish with the remaining sliced vegetables.
  4. Add water to the dish and dot with butter or oleo.
  5. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
