Instructions

  1. Cook the fish fillets and frozen spinach separately; drain the spinach well.
  2. Butter a baking dish and line it with the cooked spinach.
  3. Place the cooked fish fillets on top of the spinach in the baking dish.
  4. Pour a white wine sauce over the fish.
